Whether you are looking for a steamy gift for your partner or for a special treat for yourself, look no further than a boudoir or pin up session from Henry Roy Photography! Sessions are relaxed, laid back and tailored to your preferences. Some ladies choose to wear a sexy business outfit while others give the illusion of baring it all. The choice is yours! Sessions are most commonly held in your home or you can rent an Air BNB, hotel, or borrow a friends home. The options are endless, really. Even the great outdoors! Roughly two weeks after your session your proofs will be ready. At this time if you haven't already placed your order at the time of your shoot I'll present your options for products. The options are endless but the most common products are albums and/or a USB of images.
Wardrobe and outfits are not provided due to size variations and hygiene. Your outfits should reflect the way you’d like your images to show your body. Many clients are not comfortable with one part or another of themselves and along with posing, your outfits can hide some of those things. A quick Google search for boudoir outfits, lingerie, curvy gal lingerie, etc will yield a lot of great flattering ideas.
Clients are encouraged to schedule professional hair and makeup appointments as it will show in your portraits and you’ll feel that much more sexy!
COUPLES BOUDOIR
This section is a work in progress but you should know two things about your couples boudoir session:
1. There’s a lot of kissing and touching. A lot.
2. This is NOT porn.
The biggest question most people have is what will the guy wear? Well, the answer is easy: Jeans or boxers. The guy will wear jeans or boxers and nothing more. As for you ladies, you can have up to two outfits for this session and we’ll usually end up using your man as one of your outfits. Expect a little more nudity with this session. A lot of things are "implied" during these shoots. Discuss this session with your significant other before booking! Same sex couples are welcome.

If you don’t like something about your body it can often be covered with the right outfit.
Feel free to bring props to incorporate in your session. Jewelry is important as well. Firearms are allowed as long as they are unloaded, checked and double checked.

What to bring: As for your wardrobe, keep it fun but CLASSY. We strive to take the classiest boudoir pictures possible for our clients. We usually go through 2-3 outfit changes. We leave your favorite choice to go second so that way you can get a feel for the camera and kick your nerves with the first outfit! You should really try to coordinate your outfits. Matching tops and bottoms is greatly encouraged. Most girls are not sure whether to wear heels or not. This is a personal preference to each girl of course but we say BRING THEM! (just in case!)
How nude can you go? Up to you! There are ways to be completely nude and not show a single bit of nudity. We have many poses to make a great teaser photo. Remember this is Boudoir and by definition it is a variation of candid and posed photographs of a person partially clothed or in lingerie.
Who to bring: We allow a friend to accompany you for moral support but we do not allow any children during a session. We encourage you to leave your significant other at home unless they are part of the shoot.
So, how much is it? For a roughly 1 hour session we charge $100 plus tax. This covers our time to photograph you and edit your photos. You are under no obligation to purchase anything and if you love your photos we have prints, albums and digital USB options.
How much should I budget for after the session? The average person spends between $350 and $650 on the final product. We have albums/proof books starting at 5×5 on up to 10×15 in size. You can choose to simply purchase prints starting at $30 or a USB of the digital images all edited with a print release starts at $360 (normally $499). A payment plan is also available if you aren’t in a hurry!
Will my images be kept private? Yes. You can choose to let us share your images in our advertisements or to keep them completely private.
Can I just look at my pictures in an online gallery or do I have to come back in to order? If you choose to pre-purchase the digital rights to the photos (starting at $360) we will put them in a private password protected gallery for you. Using this gallery you can decide if you’d like to add an album or make any additional purchases with your photos.
