You would have thought we were somewhere in the Sahara instead of the bride and groom’s home in Spearfish, SD. It was at least 112 million degrees the day of their wedding. Seriously.
Karen and Jim certainly didn’t let the scorching temps stop them from enjoying their special day with close family and friends. It was incredibly heartwarming to see their family helping in so
many ways to make sure their day went off without a hitch. Can we talk about food for a second? Cheyenne Crossing catered the cocktail hour before the ceremony and the meal at
the reception after. I have never seen so many appetizers… and the meal…let me assure you it tasted as amazing as it looked. Back to our beautiful couple. Karen and Jim chose to start their
ceremony by having their guests follow them back to where they would exchange their vows rather than have their guests seated beforehand. It was such a personal touch to have their
guests taking part instead of just being spectators. At the reception the bride and groom sat at a sweetheart table facing their family and friends. Jim even played his guitar and sang I’ll Stand
By You to his beautiful bride with family members as back-up singers! Congratulations Karen and Jim!
